Rose Ridge Yoga Yoga Therapy and Private Sessions as well as Healing Arts sessions are available in various locations: Wolcott, Lyons, Pultneyville and Webster. In-home sessions may also be arranged per individual. *Levels 1 & 2: A combination of traditional Yoga postures offered in simplicity with additional instruction for deepening and advancing ones practice. Attention to breath, focus and relaxing into strength and flexibility is taught throughout.

** Healthy Back Yoga: A slow paced class will combine gentle yoga poses to create more awareness for posture and movement. Learn ways to maintain a limber and strong body. 6 classes $60

*** Meditation and Breath: The fundamentals with several easy and practical meditation and breathing techniques. Learn how to cope better with stress and improve your physical and mental well-being. 6 Classes $50
