Private Session: Personal sessions are customized for each person’s unique needs. They may include yoga therapy, mudras, meditation, guided imagery, yoga nidra, stress management, and breathing techniques. You will feel empowered to deal with life’s challenges more effectively, with greater self-awareness and enjoy a greater sense of well-being, health and happiness.
Semi-Private Session: 2 or more people working with an instructor. Great cost-effective way to have a customized private practice focusing on your needs and goals with your friends, family, or co-workers
