Rose Ridge Healing and YogaRose Ridge Healing Arts and Yoga Serving the area since 1998, was established by Barbara Baker for the purpose of teaching Ieyngar yoga, breath work and meditation as a means toward strength, freedom of movement, serenity and overall well being.

Rose Ridge offers weekly Yoga Classes in three local communities.  Students have the opportunity to maintain a regular Yoga practice as well as study other topics such as Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, through monthly wellness workshops and special certification classes.

Barbara is a Certified Yoga Therapist providing individuals with professional guidance for the use of Yoga to heal from illness, injury or other imbalances.  Many benefit from guidance on their personal Yoga practice as well as private Healing sessions.

*Levels 1 & 2: A combination of traditional Yoga postures offered in simplicity with additional instruction for deepening and advancing ones practice. Attention to breath, focus and relaxing into strength and flexibility is taught throughout.


** Healthy Back Yoga: A slow paced class will combine gentle yoga poses to create more awareness for posture and movement. Learn ways to maintain a limber and strong body. 6 classes $60


*** Meditation and Breath: The fundamentals with several easy and practical meditation and breathing techniques. Learn how to cope better with stress and improve your physical and mental well-being. 6 Classes $50
